DegenSafe does not recommend, endorse, or guarantee any token, project, transaction, or outcome. Any decisions you make based on information provided by the Service are made entirely at your own risk.

3.3 User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Connecting and managing your blockchain wallets
• All transactions, trades, launches, and interactions with smart contracts
• Verifying the accuracy and suitability of any information before acting

DegenSafe does not control or custody user funds and does not have access to private keys or wallet credentials.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious activity
• Engage in money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctions evasion
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation, security, or integrity of the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, data, or user accounts

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action for violations.
